Ms. Suzanne Y. Wong, Economic Officer for the American Institute in Taiwan, accompanied by Specialist Ms. Lisa Yang, visited the IP Branch of Taiwan High Prosecutors Office at 2:40 pm, March 22, 2022. Ms. Wong was received by Head prosecutor Chen Wen-chi and prosecutors Lo Hsueh-mei and Chung Feng-ling participated in the talks.

Ms. Wong, who assumed office in January this year (2022), introduced herself. In return, we talked about the types of IP criminal cases in Taiwan, and the main duties of IP Branch of Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. Both sides talked about the possibility of holding a workshop on related IP enforcement between Taiwan and the United States this year. In a pleasant atmosphere, the talks lasted for 90 minutes.
