德國班堡高等檢察署及地方檢察署檢察官於114年4月8日蒞臨智財分署參訪與座談

德國班堡高等檢察署數位犯罪辦公室檢察官Michael Hennemann及班堡地方檢察署檢察官Anne Kristin Berlips於今（114）年4月8日下午，由臺灣高等檢察署檢察官吳協展、檢察事務官林芳怡及臺灣桃園地方檢察署檢察官蔡雅竹陪同到訪，與本署鄭鑫宏主任檢察官、羅雪梅、黃正雄、黃紋綦及劉怡君檢察官進行業務座談。

座談先由鄭主任檢察官致歡迎詞，由劉怡君檢察官簡報本署業務，讓2位德國檢察官瞭解本署業務職掌、智慧財產案件特殊程序及國際合作狀況，雙方並就院檢職務與相關法制交流意見。

座談結束後，由鄭主任檢察官引導及本署檢察官陪同，為2位德國檢察官導覽本署辦公室、研究室、偵查庭等設施，繼續在溫馨輕鬆的氣氛交換法制及文化等意見。

本署同仁與2位德國檢察官在本署大廳「司法之秤」前大合照，為本次交流活動畫下圓滿句點，彼此均感獲益匪淺，共同期許將來的互訪與合作。

German Public Prosecutors Visit the Intellectual Property Branch of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office for Exchange and Dialogue

On April 8, 2025, public prosecutors from the Office of the Public Prosecutor General in Bamberg – Bavarian Central Office and the Bamberg District Public Prosecutor's Office visited the Intellectual Property Branch (IPB) of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office and engaged in a professional exchange.

German Prosecutor Michael Hennemann from the Cybercrime Division of the Bavarian Central Office and Prosecutor Anne Kristin Berlips from the Bamberg District Public Prosecutor’s Office, accompanied by Prosecutor Shieh-Chan Wu, Prosecutor Investigator Fang-Yi Lin of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office and Prosecutor Ya-Chu Tsai of the Taiwan Taoyuan Prosecutors Offuce, visited the IPB on the afternoon of April 8. Head Prosecutor Hsin-Hung Cheng, along with Prosecutors Amy H.M. Lo, Christopher Cheng-Hsiung Huang, Wen-Chi Huang, and Julie Yi-Chun Liu, welcomed the guests and held a discussion to exchange views.

Head Prosecutor Cheng opened the meeting with welcoming remarks, followed by a brief presentation by Prosecutor Liu, who introduced the IPB’s jurisdiction and functions, special mechanisms for handling intellectual property cases, and its international cooperation efforts. Both parties shared their perspectives on the judicial and prosecutorial systems of their respective countries.

Following the fruitful discussion, Head Prosecutor Cheng and the IPB prosecutors led the guests on a guided tour of the facilities and investigation rooms, continuing their exchange of insights on legal systems and cultural practices in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

To commemorate the visit, the German guests took a group photo with the prosecutors in front of the "Scales of Justitia" sculpture in the lobby. The visit concluded on a positive note, with both sides expressing satisfaction with the exchange and a mutual desire for future collaboration and reciprocal visits.
