德國班堡總檢察署及地方檢察署檢察官於民國115年3月2日起至臺灣高等檢察署暨智慧財產檢察分署進行為期3天的實習

德國班堡總檢察署第㇐檢察官－巴伐利亞州中央網路犯罪偵辦辦公室Florian Kratzer及班堡地方檢察署Moritz Schuderer等2位檢察官於115年3月2日至4日至臺灣高等檢察署暨智慧財產檢察分署（下稱本署），進行為期3天的實習活動。

雙方互派檢察官實習之制度已邁入第3年，此次2位班堡檢察官來臺為期1個月的實習活動，在本署負責的3天中，特別為其等排定本署一般工作與智慧財產、國民法官案件、毒品查緝、毒品戒癮、打詐、環保及國土保育、國家安全等業務簡介；並安排前往本署科技偵查中心（數位鑑識中心）與科技監控中心、本署第一辦公室所在之司法大廈、智慧財產及商業法院等參訪活動，除讓2位檢察官對於本署相關業務能有更深入之瞭解外，並希望對於其等業務有所助益。

Prosecutors from Office of the Prosecutor General in Bamberg and Bamberg District Prosecutors Office in Germany visited Taiwan High Prosecutors Office and Intellectual Property Branch for a three-day internship starting March 2, 2026.

The two prosecutors, Florian Kratzer from Office of the Prosecutor General in Bamberg-Bavarian Central Office for the Prosecution of Cybercrime and Moritz Schuderer from the Bamberg District Prosecutors Office, visited Taiwan High Prosecutors Office and Intellectual Property Branch(THPO) for a three-day internship from March 2 to 4, 2026.

The reciprocal internship program between THPO and the Bamberg prosecutor’s offices has entered its third year. This year, two prosecutors from Bamberg have arrived in Taiwan for a one-month exchange program. During their three days at our office, we arranged a series of comprehensive briefings and visits to enhance their understanding of our core operations. These included introductions to: General Operations and Intellectual Property, Citizen Judge Cases, Drug Enforcement and Drug Rehabilitation, Fraud Prevention, Environmental and National Land Conservation, and National Security.Furthermore, the itinerary featured visits to the High Tech Crime Investigation Center (Digital Forensics Center), the Electronic Monitoring Center, and the Judicial Building, where the THPO First Office is located. They also visited Intellectual Property and Commercial Court. We hope these activities provide the two prosecutors with profound insights and benefit their future work.
